When calculating the cost of the TV, don't forget to take into account any changes in
cabling from your present system.
There are so many great looking TV's to choose from; but, because of the high cost and significant amount of time you will spend
viewing it, you want to make a wise choice.

Besides comparing features (listed below) and costs, there are other things that you have to take into account. One thing you
may not realize is that you can look at the same video on identical screens and the quality of the display can be vastly different.
This can be caused by differences in the quality of the cables and distribution equipment connecting them in the show room. To
choose the right display, you really should visit a few different show rooms and look at examples of the various technologies.
Also evaluate the TV's from the angles and distances that will occur in your home (bring a tape measure). Of course, you should
measure the location for your TV and compare it to the dimension on the sets you are considering.

Also, as in all sales situations, sales people can be completely honest or just out for the sale; most are somewhere in between.
Motivations are ethics, commissions, or to decrease the beatings from the sales manager. Never, ever tell a salesman that you
aren't going to shop around, just "give me your best deal"...you will pay way too much.
